Counseling services are on a self-pay basis. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. KHS Therapy may keep a credit card on file. Other arrangements can be discussed further.

KHS Therapy does not participate with outside insurance companies; however many insurance companies will reimburse a percentage of the session cost depending on your plan. Contact your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network benefits for mental health counseling. Your monthly invoice or “Superbill”, will contain all the information most insurance companies require to reimburse you and can be attached directly to your claim form.
